Bio

Aneta Trenkoska is an HR leader and consultant based in the New York City metro area. She currently serves as Human Resources Director at AlwaysWorking, where she is building the HR function for a company scaling from 20 to 100 employees. Over a 20+ year career, she has held HR roles at NJ Transit, one of the largest public transit systems in the US, and at the OSCE Mission to Skopje, and has consulted for organizations across the United States and Europe in transportation, healthcare, retail, hospitality, and professional services. Her expertise spans employee relations, workplace investigations, multi-state compliance, performance management, and talent acquisition. She holds a BA in Psychology from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and completed People Analytics training at Wharton.

I tested Novoresume's resume builder as a recruiter, as a job seeker, and by building both a senior-level profile and a student profile to see how the guidance adapts. Testing the CV builder confirmed me that Novoresume's "CV" and "Resume" are the same underlying tool. The document header still reads "My Resume" even inside CV templates, and the Custom layout panel offers the exact same shared section library available to any Resume template. I tested Novoresume's Cover Letter builder the same way as the other two products, by building real content and testing its limits. It is a really well-reasoned coaching tool, like Resume and CV tool. It flags a missing Professional Title, phone number, and company contact details as critical, and pushes you to "pitch yourself even more" with a link to a guide.
